The ChiScooterList presents: Chicago Scooterist Mini Golf Tournament and Ride, Sunday, September 15, 2002. Meet at 11am at Sweet Mandy B’s, 1208 West Webster, for eats. At noon, the ride leaves for Par King Mini Golf in Morton Grove (6711 Dempster). After golf, there will be a bbq at Kathy’s Grandma’s house. For more info, check ChiScooterList.

Last Friday, 2SB finally got a chance to see the Stella firsthand and talk to Colin Shattuck of Genuine Scooters. We even got some pictures [front view] [legshield] [back view] [front wheel] Saturday at Slaughterhouse.

Well, Slaughterhouse is over, and it almost killed me. I don’t even remember it. I don’t think I drank more than a beer or two after Thursday night, but all i remember is weird bits, and some of them don’t even seem real. Did Mega Super Ultra really play “I Found That Essence Rare?” Did Matthew actually pick me up and throw me? All I can do is piece it together with pictures. Hopefully someone else can write up something about it. I’m told it was fun.
