Symba, Fiddle II Approved for CA

Scooterism reports that SYM models including the Symba and Fiddle II were finally approved for sale in California. (Insert sad trombone.)

Yeah, but i’m the one that sent a text to Scooterism telling him they passed CARB.
I still have alot of interest in the Symba and even have a red one sold. I could have sold a ton of them over the past year or so. CARB approval was always a week or so away (until now).
I’m confident that if Carter Bros is no longer the distributor, then someone (possibly SYM) will take over distribution. I know of one distributor that has contacted SYM in Taiwan about handling their bikes. I’m sure others have contacted them as well.
I honestly *love* the Symba, and I’d love to see SYM thrive here. The Sad Trombone was for Carter Brothers.
