Here’s David Lucash’s entry in the Mykrrrvision Song Contest. Admittedly, he cheated by using the Wesley Willis song generator, but it’s still a masterpiece:

Myknmyk lyrics
Ryan sent us a scene from “5 Lap,” Myknmyk’s new movie about coming of age in the suburbs of Detroit:
Mykrrr looks in the mirror, full race leathers on, and a ‘do rag. A small
picture of Smallwood is tucked in the mirror frame, lower left. He glares at his reflection and begins:

ACK!
Dodge is showing off its 500 HP, v-10 concept motorcycle at the Detroit Auto Show. The Windows are going to go for the land speed record on North Avenue.
Pochacco Scooter Winner
Candice Mack won the Pochacco Bajaj. Wouldn’t it just figure? 35,000 entries, and a cute Asian girl wins it. I think it was rigged.
Las Vegas Update
The Vegas Rally webpage is starting to come together with details, but a couple folks emailed me some info that’s not on that site. Dave at Sin City Scooters tells us he’s got Malagutis and Vespas for rent in Vegas, and Jason of Lawless Street tipped us off that The Aggrolites will be playing the allnighter. We’re also developing a new 2sb T-shirt that will debut at Vegas, so put $12 in your left pocket until you see us.
BBC Music Memories
Andrea came across “the other Beeb’s” neat “Northern Soul memories” site. She hopes to never have to explain Northern Soul to anyone ever again.
Rally Calendar is up
You may have noticed that by clicking on Screech and Chad up above, you will be magically whisked away to the 2strokeBuzz 2003 rally calendar. I need to tweak the aesthetics a bit yet, but it works fine. Thanks again to Bill at scoot.net for doing all the hard work setting it up. Remember, if you post an event to either calendar, it will show up on both.
Yo Yo Yo Yo YO!
I don’t know what this is all about.
We’re back!
Well, vacation is over. Back to work today after almost two weeks off. Oh, the stories I have to tell. Oh, the work I have to do to catch up today. We’ve got some good stuff coming up in the next few days, so stay tuned. Hope you all had fun through the holidays… What’d we miss?
Christmas on Mars
I’m already waiting for next Christmas: The Flaming Lips’ “Christmas on Mars.” [click on “Film”]
“Hearing that noise was my first ever feeling,

That’s how it’s been all around me.” Joe Strummer, is dead at 50. I’m sure everyone will be going on and on about it, so I’ll leave it alone.

Cannonball Update
The surgery went well. A 10 oz. tumor was removed (about the size of a grapefruit). He’s got an icky looking 7″ scar on his left side, but he seems to be doing a bit better than when we first brought him home. We’ll know if he’s got the big C either Thursday or Friday.
