Bajaj now owns 14.5% of Austria’s KTM motorcycles. Bajaj will distribute KTM through their dealer network in southeast Asia, and KTM will design 125 and 250cc 4-stroke engines for joint ventures. And the color orange will be involved.

Very interesting. The possible Polaris buyout of KTM went a little sour back in August but they still own 24.9% and have joint distribution. This sounds like a similar deal. Could a Bajaj-KTM-Polaris union be in the future? That would truly be an international conglomerate.
I’m a fan of KTM and I like Bajaj. If a Chetak and a KTM got together in a dark garage, I might really love the result.
