Plane Hits Pirelli Building

A Piper airplane crashed into one of Milanis tallest buildings today. Rescue officials say that at least three people, including the pilot, were killed and dozens injured when the aircraft struck the Pirelli high-rise in Milanis financial district. Here’s the story.

Amerivespa Scandal!

Portland’s Rose Festival’s dropped Amerivespa as a sanctioned event this week because of its sponsorship from Suicide Girls, a porn site. The Italian Job, botched

Nothing to do with scooters, really, but as you surely know, the “new” (i.e. overpriced and lacking everything that was good about the “old”) “Minis” are coming on the tails of the “new” “Vespas” and “new” “Beetles,” and what better way to hype them than to poorly remake one of my favorite movies with a “coincidental” marketing tie-in. 2SB reader James Ballot writes, “For the person who feels that $145 is a fair price to pay for a vinyl toy as long as it looks like a Vespa, we submit for your approval: Estate Sam Lee & Scooter.” He’s got our style of writing down pat, doesn’t he?
Actually, Kid Robot has some really cool stuff, some of it more reasonably priced.
