The 2SBlog is finally out of beta and on to the front page! It might not seem like much, but it was an educational experience. I’ve shuffled some things around and I’m editing some great new features, so keep an eye on the “new” space on top of the page.

Team 2SB racer Andrew “I’ve got something to Say” Miller’s moving from Chicago to Columbus next week, so come say “goodbye” Friday, Nov. 9th at 9pm at Circle Bowl in River Forest. if he’s anything like Phil, we’ll see more of him once he’s gone than we do now, but we’re still sad to see him go

Track time at Norway went well, Mykrrr got some good lap times, edging towards the Manchester United of MASS, Scott Smallwood. Supersonic/2SB/AFG rider Andrew Miller was in attendance but didnt’ practice. The rest of the team is so confident about next season, they didnt’ even show.

The Cycle World International Motorcycle Show comes to the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont this weekend. POC Phil reported a huge turnout at the Cleveland Show last weekend, with the usual suspect scooter manufacturers present, plus a Benelli Car-Bike Hybrid. Rumor has it the Stella will be there, and who knows, Piaggio might even show up. Watch this space Saturday morning for our report.

Just noticed in the new Craftsman Club catalog that Craftsman’s #82139 Multimeter is on sale for $21.99 (or $19.79 if you’re in the Craftsman club). If you’ve been looking for a good multimeter for the garage and home, this one can’t be beat, especially for the price, and it comes with a good instruction book.

Total Direct Sound Action Commitee, etc. is in town and throwing one of his famous soul dance parties at Delilah’s (2771 N. Lincoln) this Sunday (2/23). Awesome, we’ve been looking forward to this for months!

Grace found these 8″ long toy scooters at Cost Plus World Market. They’re $13 and come in red, blue, or purple. She guesses they’re made by children or prisoners, but darn, they’re cute.

This just in: Supersonic Scooters is giving away a brand-new Derbi Atlantis scooter at the WKRP in Cincinnati Rally. It’s awesome how many scooters are being given away at rallies, I’m going to have to give away a moped or something at Galewood to get anyone to come.
