The Onion scooter
The Fashionable Roadkill fashion show is taking place at Corosh restaurant in Chicago on July 2. It’s a benefit for 2SB’s favorite radio station, WLUW, and prizes include a Kymco People custom Onion scooter (from Baron Von Scoot) and clothes from Futuregarb, a new Wicker Park outfitter. Might be a fun time, or at least more fun than a Piaggio Boutique opening, and it benefits WLUW, the only station in town playing Death Cab for Cutie, Pavement, and The Pixies back to back to back.

Oh, and I actually did some scooter riding this weekend, that’s a first.

He was the one that quit to put out the shittiest rap album of all time. He played the bass, the most Ramone of all instruments. He was the youngest looking Ramone in 1974 and the oldest looking Ramone in 2002. Dee Dee died last night of an apparent overdose. R.I.P.,D.D.
